Itinerary

  • Pickups from Chandigarh Railway Station /Airport / Bus stand by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Shimla, Shimla is 118 Kilometers from Chandigarh and will take 2:30 –3:00 Hours to reach. Enjoy the Scenic Himalayas from the window of your cab. On the ways, stopover at Pinjore Garden and rope way at Timber Trail Resort if time permits. Cab will pass through Kalka, Parwanoo, Kumarhatti, Barog and Solan on the way to Shimla. Check in an overnight stay in Hotel.
  • After Breakfast, Visit to the years old Tara Devi Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple and Army Museum, visit Indian Institue of Advance Studies, Jakhoo Temple. In the evening explore Shimla city on foot as vehicle entry is prohibited. You can see prime places of Shimla like, Ridge, Church, Lakkar Bazaar, Mall Road, Scandal Point, Kali Bari Temple etc. Ideal time for Shoping and eating out at Retaurants on the Mall Road.
  • After breakfast, visit to the famous Picnic spots around Shimla which include Kufri, Fagu. This is 17 km from Shimla. Enjoy Horse/ Yak ride; see Himalayan National Park at Kufri.Drive to Chail,Chail is the banishment of the MahaRaja of Patiala from the erstwhile ‘Summer Capital’ in the late 19th century. He planned to find a hill. That was within sight of Shimla but higher Surrounded by Deodar Woods. Chail’s altitude was above the British Controlled Town. While the third is Pandhewa hill which holds the former house of the British Resident. Chail’s famous Cricket Ground was built is 1893 after leveling out the Top of Hill. This is one of the highest Cricket Pitches in the World. The nearby Military School. Kali ka Tibba is the highest point in Chail. The vehicle can go up till the Temple. The Temple complex is well maintained and you do get the feeling one should get while visiting a religious place.
  • After breakfast, visit to the Famous picnic spots around Shimla which include Naldehra and Mashobra. Enjoy Horse Ride and Yak Ride See Apple orchards at Mashobra, Golf course and Jungle walks in Naldehra. Mashobra is a beautiful wood and grey – slate Temple on this Idyllic spot. Presidents Retreat in Charabra and walk down to the Mashibra bazaar, or take a long drive along the Bekhalty road through thick woods. Under a thicket of deodar trees, Naldehra has the nine hole par 68 golf Course that was laid out by the British Viceroy of India, Lord Curzon.Tattapani (50kms) has Hot Sulphur Springs that are known for their healing powers.
